Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mind Picked Digital Signage (“Mind Picked”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Data you store inside the Mind Picked platform is covered by your subscription agreement.

What we collect

• Contact and demo requests: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give — phone or WhatsApp number, company, city, number of screens, what you need, and your message.
• Product update sign-ups: your email address.
• Technical details sent with a form: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign tags (such as utm_source) if you arrived from one of our links.

To keep out spam bots, our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Analytics cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website — for example which pages are viewed and how many people send the contact form. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives technical details such as your browser, device and approximate location. We do not use it for advertising, and it only loads after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies. The site remembers your cookie choice in your browser, and remembers campaign tags for the length of your visit using session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request, arrange a demo or set up your free trial.
• To send product updates you signed up for — about once a month. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse (for example, limiting how many requests one network can send).

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Form submissions are stored in a database on servers run by our hosting provider and sent to our team's mailbox. Only Mind Picked staff who handle sales and support can see them. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 24 months after our last conversation with you, unless you become a customer, in which case your subscription agreement applies. Product update sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
