These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Mind Picked Digital Signage (“Mind Picked”, “we”). Use of the Mind Picked platform itself is governed by the subscription terms you accept when you create an account.

Using this website

You may browse this website and use its forms to contact us. Please don't misuse it — for example by sending spam, attempting to break its security, or submitting someone else's details without their permission.

Product information and pricing

We describe the platform as accurately as we can, and the screenshots on this site are taken from the real product. Features and prices can change. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated. The price that applies to you is the one shown in your account's Billing page when you subscribe.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial for the period and number of screens shown on our pricing section. When a trial ends without a subscription, your account and content remain, and screens without a licence pause until you subscribe.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, screenshots and logos — belongs to Mind Picked or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Mind Picked is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
